Moving Up!

Would you like a place for your child when we move to Lena Gardens? Places are currently available in some year groups. Call us to discuss!

£1,000,000 is being invested at our new temporary home at Lena Gardens to create a 21st century learning experience for your child, in a building that is comfortable and equipped with the latest facilities.

Flora Gardens is moving up! We are so excited to be moving to the former Lena Gardens School site during the Summer Term of 2024. And not only are we moving, we are also improving!

I am very honoured to be the Head of Flora Gardens Primary School and to have been involved in the preparation for our journey to Lena Gardens over the past few years. The pandemic caused some bumps along the way but I am so pleased to be able to tell you, our community, that we are moving to a new and improved school building this academic year.

Our school is a happy, nurturing and joyful place of learning and our children are proud to be a part of our Flora family. Everyone who visits the school comments on how outstanding our children are. This was reinforced by Ofsted in June 2022 when they rated us Outstanding for Personal Development and Behaviour and Attitudes. The pride we have in our school is about to soar with our move. The outstanding children of Flora Gardens and our community deserve the very best—and this is what the move to the Lena Gardens site gives us.

The standard of teaching at Flora Gardens is excellent and our dedicated and caring staff are very excited about the move to this state-of-the art learning environment. We will continue to be a flagship school in the local area by offering specialist teaching in subjects such as Spanish, Science, Forest School, Drama and Computing. Our innovative
curriculum is enhanced further by an Outstanding PE provision as well as offering a wide variety of free clubs for all school age pupils. I am very confident that the strong academic results Flora has seen over recent years will continue as we move to our new site.

I am delighted that Hammersmith and Fulham Council have chosen our school and pupils to be the ones to benefit from this £1 million opportunity. I want to assure you that
throughout the move the children of Flora Gardens will come first, just as they always have and always will. Any decisions that have been made, and will continue to be made, will always have their best interests at heart. I look forward to moving into a school building that is as outstanding as the opportunities and education we provide. I am sure that you are just as excited to embark on this new journey with us as a community.
