Activities & Clubs

We aim to provide a wealth of opportunities to complement, enrich and extend those already offered by the school curriculum. We believe that pupils flourish when given access to a wide variety of
opportunities. We want our pupils to try new skills, have fun, learn and develop as individuals.

Breakfast club runs daily, from 8.00am, where a cooked breakfast is provided and is available for all year groups from Reception through to Year 6. It is not necessary to book in advance, so you can turn up and pay on the day! The cost of breakfast club is £1.50 per day (reduced to 50p per day if your child is in receipt of free school meals) and will be payable online via SIMS Agora or in cash. It is important that payments are maintained in order for us to continue to provide this valuable service. There will also be the opportunity for some morning activities with Mr Finney starting at 8.15am on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. All school policies apply to Breakfast Club. Breakfast includes: toasted sandwiches, toast, cereal and fruit juice, scrambled eggs, beans or spaghetti and yoghurt.
After School Service
New this year is our After School Service, which runs from 3.30 – 6.00pm, although you are welcome to pick your child up any time in between. After School Service includes a snack and drink and various supervised games and activities take place – plus opportunities to complete homework. The cost is £10 per day, and can be used on an ad-hoc basis. However, it is helpful to know if your child will be attending by 12.00pm that day. There are discounts offered for booking regular sessions for a whole half term in advance – details can be received from the school office. Pupils are able to attend one of our after school clubs and then join our After School Service – prices for both remain the same.
